Mazda 24 gasket for Alpha Pro Key Cutting Machine

As there is a groove near the head, we can find the groove is irregular, what’s more, the key is shoulder alignment, that means, we have to fix the key in appointed position, it cannot be adjustable like tip alignment keys.

The key can not be fixed well because its special shape, so we improve it by using a gasket (shown as picture)

Put the gasket in side D (shown as picture)

Fix the original key, (shown as picture)

Use stopper to fix the key in shoulder alignment

 

If you already purchase S2 jaw, we will suggest to cut by S2 jaw (No need Mazda 24 gasket)

If you don’t have S2 jaw, you can cut on S1 jaw as well (need Mazda 24 gasket)
