September 13, the company’s technical engineers Zhou Youwen and Domestic Sales Manager Li Ying did a follow-up visit to some users of SEC-E9 series in China.
They came to see how users operate the machine, and gave some face-to-face technical guidance accordingly.

However, during this visit, we found the following three aspects:
1. Part of the users do not use Kukai’s original milling cutter, resulting in a knife jump and teeth jump, causing noise, several pauses in the cutting process, the key is cut out not accurate, can not open the original cylinder.
2. Don’t clean the machine well before calibration, so the decoder and cutter incorrectly calibrate, and cause cut out a non-working key.
3. Before going outside for mobile work, they don’t clean the machine, the chips left over from last work get inside the key machine along with car bumping.
Here we would like to recommend the users of SEC-E9 series to use Kukai’s original cutter, which is tungsten steel material, it doesn’t rust and cut more accurately; meanwhile, make sure you shall clean the machine and the clamps before calibrate or bring it outside to operate.
In future, we will provide more maintenance knowledge, support operation guidance to our users, and update the database at the fastest speed to let all users be satisfied with SEC-E9 Key Cutting Machine.
