How to Cut Dimple (Mul-T-Lock) Keys by Beta Automatic Key Cutting Machine

Dimple decoder used to decode keys (optional)

Dimple cutter  (optional) used to cut some dimple keys on KUKAI Beta & Alpha & SEC-E9 automatic key cutting machine.

Such as Abus, AGB, AGA, Mul-T-Lock, Cisa , Lock Focus, M-Loy ,MLS, PRO, Yale, MCM, M&C etc.

For example : Mul-T-Lock keys

PS. 4-way jaw Side B for dimple (Mul-T-Lock) keys

Below is how to cut dimple (Mul-T-Lock) keys

Insert the dimple decoder and dimple cutter into the machine

Check the original key can open cylinder

Click ”House Key” button and “Dimple”

Select ”Mul-T-Lock” “Interactive right” “920135”

Fix and decode original key to get bitting numbers

Click ”Decode” button to start decoding

Decode is done

Fix a new key blank on S1 key jaw

Click “Cut” to start cutting, don’t forget to put the shield into the machine

Cut is done, take out the shield and clean shavings to get the new key

Fix the other side on S1 jaw

Click ”Cut” to start cutting, don’t forget to put the shield into the machine

Cut is done, take out the shield and clean shavings to get the new key

The new key is working very well
