How to duplicate new Volkswagen HU162T keys by Alpha automatic key cutting machine

Click “Duplicate” and “Internal Groove” button

Select “Tip” and “S1-B”image

Fix original key on ”S1-B” jaw

Please remember use 1.5mm cutter to cut HU162T keys on “S1-B” jaw

Firstly, press the image to start duplicating side A1 of original key

Duplicate done

Then take out original key and replace the right decoder with 1.5mm cutter

Fix a new key blank on S1-B jaw

Click “Cut” button to start cutting (close the shield)

Fix A2 of key on S1-B jaw

Second, duplicate B1 of original key which have a small groove in it

Click “Single External Groove” and “Down Single Track Tip” button

Select “S1-B” image (side face)

Fix original key on S1-B jaw vertically

Press the S1-B to start duplicating B1 of original key

Duplicate done

Take out original key and fix the new key blank on S1-B jaw

Click “Cut” button to start cutting (close the shield)

B1 cutting done

Third, fix original key on S1-B jaw vertically

To start duplicating B2 of original key

Duplicate done

Take out original key and fix the new key blank on S1-B jaw

Click “Cut” button to start cutting

Cutting is done

Tips:

We use 1.5mm cutter as an example in this video,but you can use 1.5-1.9mm cutter to cut HU162T keys

Please adjust the cutter dimension with the range of 1.5-1.9mm in software based on the actually used cutter
